At Breaking Through Roadblocks, we believe that every challenge carries the potential for transformation. Our organization is committed to empowering minds, building brotherhood, and mentoring growth from setbacks to success.

We provide a private, supportive, and positive space where you can be real identifying areas for personal growth, sharing life experiences, and learning strategies to overcome the obstacles that hold them back.

Through our monthly meetings and community discussions, we foster genuine connections rooted in trust, encouragement, and accountability. Together, we celebrate progress, learn from setbacks, and strengthen the bonds that help each of us rise above life’s challenges.

This is more than a group  it’s a movement committed to becoming better individuals, leaders, and friends.

Join us as we break through barriers, empower one another, and thrive together.

It's About Community

At Breaking Through Roadblocks (BTR), we believe that when a community invests in its people, real change happens. Few people invest more into our future every day than our educators.

Teachers are often mentors, encouragers, and a vital support system for our youth. Yet many continue to purchase essential classroom supplies out of their own pockets. We want to change that.

As part of our upcoming Breaking Through Roadblocks Community Fest & Teacher Giveback, we are committed to supporting 100 teachers in the Brockton community by providing classroom supply packages filled with items they frequently have to fund themselves.

To make this possible, we are asking for your support in one of the following ways:

DONATE SUPPLIES

Contribute new classroom items such as notebooks, pencils, markers, folders, and sanitizing products.

SUPPORT A TEACHER/CLASSROOM

A donation of $100 fully equips one teacher with essential classroom supplies.

BECOME A VENDOR

Vendor tables are available for $100, offering an opportunity to showcase your business while supporting a meaningful cause.

This initiative is about more than supplies...it's about showing our educators that their work is seen, valued, and supported by the community.

Together, we can uplift those who give so much to our youth every day.

Coffee & Cream Networking Event.

This is more than a networking event…this is a room full of purpose.

Coffee & Cream brings together individuals committed to community, invested in our youth, and focused on growth. Not just for themselves, but for those around them.

This is where we move beyond surface-level conversations, where we understand who’s doing what and begin building real, intentional partnerships.

Because no one organization can do it alone. But when the right people get in the same room with the right mindset, real change becomes possible.

The goal is simple: connect, collaborate, and create impact.

We’re not just networking…Join us for a night of Good Food! Good Music! Great People!

We’re laying the foundation to revitalize our community.

Mental Health Awareness & Wellness: The Power of Mentorship, Community, and Healing

Mental health is something that touches every family, every school, every workplace, and every community. Yet for many people, especially young people and men, emotional struggles often remain hidden behind smiles, routines, responsibilities, and silence.

At Breaking Through Roadblocks, we believe mental wellness begins with connection, support, mentorship, and safe environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Sometimes, what a person needs most is not criticism or judgment but guidance, structure, encouragement, and someone willing to believe in them during difficult moments.

That belief is at the core of the BTR T.A.R.G.E.T.S. Life Skills Workshop Program.

"The Art of War "

BTR men's group

The point of The Art of War is to achieve victory with the minimum amount of conflict possible, ideally by outthinking and outmaneuvering an opponent rather than through direct battle.

This is accomplished by understanding and using strategy, deception, flexibility, and a deep knowledge of yourself, your enemy, and the environment.  These principles are widely applied today not just in military tactics, but in business, politics, and personal life.
